Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus, I believe that you are in the Blessed Sacrament. I love you above all things, and I long for you in my soul. Since I cannot now receive you Sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. As though you have already come, I embrace you and unite myself entirely to you; never permit me to be separated from you.
COVID-19: At Mass – Practice physical distancing and wear a cloth face covering when distancing not possible; Holy Communion may be received either on the hand or tongue; dispensation from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass is still in effect, but those who are not high-risk or caretakers of high-risk persons ought to participate in Mass. Outside of Mass: parish groups may meet but must observe physical distancing and use face coverings when distance not possible. If you are unsure whether or not a given parish activity is possible at this time, please discuss with Fr. Kraemer.
